3D Modelling

Using SDS/2 3D modelling software from client’s drawings we create a 3D virtual model. This model can also be created by importing the design model. All aspects of the steel project are added to the 3D model from main steel to anchor bolts, stairs, handrails, ladders etc. The ability to model and detail the entire structural steel content of any project ensures maximum coordination and efficiency The steel model is created in a virtual world using world coordinates. This ensures that the model can be easily exported for coordination with other trades. The 3D model allows us to easily identify problems and provide timely solutions to the design team ensuring that delays to the project schedule can be avoided. Design changes can be easily incorporated into the 3D model quickly and efficiently with the software automatically identifying the drawings that need to be revised.
